*	* Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 驚くレベルで接客が悪いです。通路の真ん中でスタッフ同士が話しをしている、同じ商品をずっと入れたり出したりしている品出し”風”のサボっているスタッフがいる(近づいても避けてくれないのでそのコーナーがいつまでも見られなかった)。レジでは私怒らせた？と思うほどの冷たい接客。1人いらっしゃいませ！と元気に言っている方がいましたが、狭い通路ですれ違いざまに突然大きな声で言われて驚いたし顔のすぐそばだったので飛沫がこわかった。接客が悪いと言うことにこんなに個性と言うか、レパートリーがあるんだなと。数回通いましたが気分が悪くなることの方が多いので行くことをやめました。他の方も仰っていますが、機械の方がマシだなと思いました。 The customer service is bad at a surprising level. さ	さくまち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミで店員さんの性格が悪いとの書き込みがありましたが私はビオセブンに初めて行ったのでちょっと心配していました。しかし店員さんも優しくカードの説明をしてくださったりと丁寧でした。また店内はドライフルーツの量り売りや外国の食材が多く並びすごく面白くてついつい長居してしまう海外好きとしてはすごく楽しかったです。 There was a word of mouth that the clerk had a bad personality, but I was a little worried because I went to Bio Seven for the first time. At least there is a huge choice of products and some products that I can’t find easily like fresh beetroot or some specific cheeses. Love their fresh coffee.

They also have tons of imported goods for expats who are looking for it. They even have bagels (in the freezer) which is hard to find in Tokyo.
