餃子:変わらず美味しい。
チャーハン:まあまあ、変わらず。
麺:スープ、具がまるでダメ。同じ食材でも調理人が変わるとこんなにも劣化するのかと唖然とする程。
麻婆豆腐:辛いだけ。
ビーフン:食えたものではない。試食すらしてないはず。
他の料理もなんでこうなるかなあ、悲しきかなです。

従業員は、常に調理場で餃子を握っている。
中華料理と共に中国の雰囲気も楽しめるならおすすめ。
Generally good, but sometimes the same product loses its taste. Maybe the cook is different. Fried rice is generally stable.
Employees always hold dumplings in the kitchen.

20220121初訪麺。
ランチ時に入店するもこっちを見ていながら『いらっしゃいませ』がない。
スタッフ5～6人で餃子を作ってる。
何も言われないから勝手に座敷に座る。
首にコルセット巻いた男がおしぼりとお冷やをのんびり持ってきたので、そのまま『エビ入り塩ラーメン大盛り』(950円)をオーダー。
程よい時間でご対～麺！
ラーメンは普通に中華屋レベル。
お会計をしようと靴を履き(この時点で餃子を作りながらこっちを見てる)レジの前へ。
レジから餃子作業場は2メートルもない距離。
おれの方を見ているが誰も来ない。
たまらず『すいません』と声掛け。
向かって右に居た女がめんどそうに手袋を脱いでレジ前へ。
無言でレジを打ち『950』という数字がでる。
しかし『950円です』との声が無い。
千円札を渡すと無言で50円を手渡し。
財布にしまい店を出る寸前も『ありがとうございます』一切なし。
終始無言。
こちらを見ているが全員餃子作りに没頭している。
人ガラが無いね。
他の口コミを見ると支那人家族で営業とか？
だからかー。
でもここはJAPAN。
日本人の対応しろや。
気分悪いから二度と行く事は無いでしょう。
