成	成田郁弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たぶん初体験のびっくりドンキー。子供の頃おふくろが洋食店でバイト。ハンバーグにハマり、ひんぱんに我家の夕食にハンバーグが登場したため、大人になってからは、あまりそれに積極的ではない。おぼろげだが、牛肉が高価だった北海道で、恐らく豚挽肉だけのハンバーグ体験。それが多少のトラウマなのか？が、仕事終り一番開放感にひたれる、土曜のディナー。選択肢が少ないなか、おふくろのそれを思い出しハンバーグでも、と伺いました。口コミと実際のメニューから、なかなかボリュームが把握できなく、グリーンサラダ、マルゲリータ、コロコロステーキを選択。やはり、ハンバーグは避ける癖がある。っていうか、びっくりドンキーでハンバーグ避けたら、コロコロしかない！飲みものはクラフトビールの大ジョッキ。さすがお手本通りのファミレスだから、アルコールはビールしかないんだね。サラダはスーパーにおいて、割引シールが貼られた頃ぐらいの鮮度。消してピチピチではない・・・。マルゲリータは味は良し。予想以上にサイズが大きかった！　サイゼぐらいを想定していたので・・・。さて、結局ハンバーグではなくチョイスしたコロコロステーキ。ミディアムな焼き加減、柔らかさ、ほんのりにんにく香る醤油ベースの大根おろし。このおろしが良い仕事します♪ 無論、私は一人なのでソーシャルディスタンス問題なし。店員さんも申し分なし。平日の夜なら、もっとゆったり過ごせるのかな。 Maybe the first experience of Bikkuri Donkey.
