L	LOOK SHIVA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AETHOSの試乗車が置いてあるとホームページに書いてあったので、不動峠に行った帰りに試乗予約の電話をして立ち寄りました。当日の試乗予約にも関わらず、快くOKして頂き、サドル位置のセットアップもきちんとしてもらってから試乗をすることが出来ました。また、12kmの試乗コースが入ったガーミンも貸して頂けたのと、車どおりの少ないアップダウンのあるルートでAETHOSの走りの魅力を十分に感じることが出来ました。試乗後もAETHOSについて詳しく説明して頂き、在庫検索も対応して頂けました。自分のお財布事情で購入まで即決が出来ず申し訳なかったですが、買うならこちらで買いたいと思うことが出来ました。他の方で評価を低くつけている口コミがあり、行くまでは少し心配でしたが、きちんと何をしにお店を訪れたかお伝えすれば、しっかり応えてくれるスタッフの方々だと思います。また、バイクを購入する機会があれば行かせて頂きたいと思います。 AETHOSも想像の斜め上をいく最高に素晴らしいバイクでした！ It was written on the homepage that there was a test drive for AETHOS, so I called to make a test drive reservation on the way back to Fudo Pass and stopped by. 荻	荻原和明 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらでロードバイクではなくクロスバイクを購入。近所でスペシャライズドを扱っているお店を検索したところこちらがヒットしたのでが何も知らずに訪問。初めて行った時の印象は確かに塩対応だったと思います。いらっしゃいませ等の声掛けもありませんでしたし、場違いかなって思いました（笑）ですが恐る恐るこちらの希望を伝えるときちんと対応してくれました。僕の買ったクロスバイクは10万円もしないバイクですが、購入から3年間きちんと定期点検整備もして下さり、パーツの交換や走り方などバイクに関する色々な相談にも乗っていただいています。決して安いバイクだからといって雑に対応されたことはありません。店内での接客など確かに万人受け？する部分は少ないかもしれませんが、あ〇ひの様な量販店ではないですし、従業員の方もメカニックが3名だけなので仕方ないと思います。店内では3名のスタッフさんが常に一台100万円以上するマシンの組み上げやメンテナンスを行っていますので、出たばかりのニューモデルや見たことも無い様な高級バイクを組み上げる国内最高レベルの職人の仕事が見られていつもすごいなぁと感心しています。 Buy a cross bike here instead of a road bike. ジ	ジェシェ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客、電話対応、メール対応、どれをとっても素晴らしい対応です。メカニック技術も素晴らしいです。知識のある人が見れば、細かいところまで新しい加工方法で対応しています。安心して購入できます。自転車一台一台を見ても、ただ単に売り払えれば良いや…っという仕上げではなく、それぞれの自転車に合った加工をしていることが分かります。愛情を持って対応していることも商品からわかります。リクエストにも柔軟に対応してくださいますし、相談にも親身になって考え、返答してくれる満足できるお店です。スペシャライズドバイクの知識と経験も豊富です。普通の自転車ショップに行くと、無愛想なお店が多いですが、スタッフの皆さんが優しく親身に接してくれるので、幸せな気分になれました。他のお客様の修理でも、スタッフさん同士で対処法を確認し合い、ベストな状態で仕上げている場面も見受けられました。テクニックを持ったメカニックが1人技術を披露するのではなく、スタッフ同士やお客さまへも理解できるよう配慮してくれるお店でした。ここまでもスタッフさんが素晴らしいショップ、なかなか無いです。片道3時間の離れた距離ですが、何かあればこのお店に行ってます。 Customer service, telephone support, email support, all of which are excellent.
