★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トラックがメインの車検整備工場です。乗用車もやってますが得意ではなさそうです。代車も貸してくれますが家族で出かけるには恥ずかしい感じのばかりです。
トラックがメインなのに何故か水曜日が休みで土日営業しています。土日に行っても部品屋さんとか休みなので結局月曜から積もり部品注文になり水曜日が休みなのでその後に修理で長く掛かります。大抵の人は早く直して欲しいと思うので使い勝手が悪いです。
修理も難しい箇所だと分解して修理ではなく丸ごと交換されます。
対応は悪くないので星2つです。整備工場としたら1つかな？
Trucks are the main vehicle inspection and maintenance factory. I also do passenger cars, but I don't seem to be good at it. They will lend you a substitute car, but it's just embarrassing to go out with your family.
Although the truck is the main one, it is open on Saturdays and Sundays because it is closed on Wednesdays. Even if I go on Saturdays and Sundays, the parts shop is closed, so I end up ordering parts from Monday, and since Wednesday is closed, it will take a long time to repair. Most people want it fixed quickly, so it's not easy to use.
If it is difficult to repair, it will be disassembled and replaced as a whole instead of being repaired.
Correspondence is not bad, so it is 2 stars. Is there one maintenance shop?
