障碍者関係の改造・代車は辞めてしまったそうです｡
障碍者運転用の改造をディーラーで行いましたが、車の故障・修理の際にはこちらのビッグモータースさんにお願いしています。
修理中に障碍者運転用改造済の代車を借りられるので(ディーラーだと代車対応してくれない)、非常に助かってます。
親切丁寧だし修理代もソコソコなので、障碍者の方には特にオススメです。
2019.08 postscript
It seems that remodeling and substitute cars for people with disabilities have quit.
The dealer made a remodeling for driving a disabled person, but we ask this Big Motors in case of car breakdown or repair.
During the repair, I can rent a remodeled replacement car for driving with disabilities (it does not correspond to a replacement car if it is a dealer), so it is very helpful.
It is kind and polite, and the repair fee is slick, so it is especially recommended for people with disabilities.
