太	太田健斗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3ヶ月しない内に他の車にしました。購入時からカタカタ異音がしましたが営業の人からは「新しくオイル交換したのでしばらくしたら治ります」との事でしたその後は治らず、購入した一ヶ月後に車検を出したらビッグモーターさんは問題ないと言っていて大丈夫と思えず、他の車屋に出したらATのクラッチ部分に異常があり、変えるには本体ごと変えるので40万かかると言われました。そこの車屋の方は「よくこんなの乗っていたね、もう少し乗ってたら最悪事故って死んでたよ」と言っていました。そんな大事な部分をビッグモーターは見逃すのでしょうか？それをビッグモーターに言ったら走行距離が過ぎていて保険期間は過ぎているのでの一点張りで直してくれませんでした。ビッグモーターの車検の時に気づけば直せたので、わざと直さなかったのかと思ってしまいます。車自体は20万で保険で20万で40万しました。正直、ビッグモーターの担当した営業の方には殺意を持っていますし、ビッグモーター自体にも怒りが収まりません。この投稿を最後に二度とビッグモーターに関わることはないです。正直早く社会的に消えて欲しい会社です I made another car within 3 months.
