★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビッグモーターのサービスは本当にありがたい?。オイル交換１０回無料券貰ったし、来店すれば飲み物飲み放題やし、いたれりつくせりって感じ。
スタッフが皆さん、親切で好感度高いです。
他のビッグモーターは行ったことないので、分からないけれど、ここのお店はオススメです?
 Big motor service is really appreciated ?. I got a free ticket for 10 oil changes, and when I came to the store, I could drink all-you-can-drink, and I felt like I was laid back.
The staff are all kind and likable.
I haven't been to other big motors, so I don't know, but I recommend this shop ?

そして最後謝罪の言葉も無かったです。
出来ないと分かっていたら来て下さいと言わずにしっかりその旨を最初から教えて頂きたかったです。
納車に伺うのは一度で済むのに四度も足を運びました。お客様の時間も考えて欲しいです。
今後車検は他の場所で検討します。

I wanted you to tell me that from the beginning without asking me to come if I knew I couldn't do it.
I only had to visit the car once, but I went there four times. I want you to think about your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検が切れるので新しい車を下見しにこちらの店舗に初めて来ました。お店も綺麗で対応もよく、子供たちがいてもゆっくり車選びできました。
いい車が見つかり、アフターケアもよさそうなのですぐ購入することに決めました♬
家の近くの店舗ではないのですが、こちらのお店で購入して良かったです。

過去に中古車を購入した際に痛い目を見た経験があったため、細かい点を現車確認をしてからでないと絶対買わないことを伝えていたが、キープした直後にローン会社から契約確認のための電話連絡がきた。。
ローン設計も本来は見積もりのために使った情報。おかしいと思い、苦情と解約のため電話で連絡を入れるが契約していると押され膠着状態に。
そしてなぜか店員が電話を変え(店の固定番号ではなくなぜか携帯)、声色を変えて脅しに近い会話をされました。
他人に聞かれないためだろう。
内容に筋が通ってなく本当に酷い。
動かないため、別で幹部に連絡・対応してもらい、無事契約破棄となったが、本当に信用できない。もう２度とBIGには行かない関わりたくない。
ちなみにローン金利は法令で定められた最高割合の設定、そのお金+ちょっとで同車種新型の新車買えました。
それでもここで買いたい車があったなら口車に乗らず、BIGでローンは絶対組んだらダメ。銀行や農協等を利用して組むべき。

The content doesn't make sense and it's really terrible.
Since it didn't work, I had another executive contact and respond to it, and the contract was successfully canceled, but I can't really trust it. I don't want to go to BIG again and I don't want to get involved.
By the way, the loan interest rate is set at the highest rate stipulated by law, and I was able to buy a new car of the same model with that money + a little.
Even so, if you have a car you want to buy here, don't take a car and make a loan with BIG. It should be organized using banks and agricultural cooperatives.

こちらの仕事の都合で引き取り日時が遅くなりそうなのを伝えると次の日の朝1番までに車検を仕上げてもらえて早く引き取る事が出来ました。
費用も安く抑える事が出来凄く満足しています。
半年以上前から車検予約すれば凄くお得だと思います。
車検時、オイル交換無料のサービスも凄く嬉しいサービスでした。
