小	小松正英 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 危ない。大々的にCMも行っているという安心感と査定額も悪くなかったので安易にお任せしてしまいました。事前に査定頂いた複数の同業他社さんからは「二重査定をしますよ。」「保証金を払っても買取り額を下げてきますよ。」「買取り金額が下がる事を承諾しない限り振り込みされない話を沢山聞きます。」と口を揃えて言われてました。その時のわたしは「いやいやそれ以上の金額を出せないから言ってるんだろう。」としか思っていませんでした。が、その後は本当に危険を感じました。契約書で交わした支払い期日に振り込みなし。担当者には「本当にこの日で大丈夫なんですね。」と再三確認をしていたのに... 期日に振り込まれず不安になりこちらから連絡をすると対応者の全員が違う振り込み日を言ってきました。不安でしかなく最終的に店長に確認しても契約書の支払い期日を予定日と言われるし「振り込み日が決まり次第、連絡します。」と言いながら結局連絡はありませんでした。どうあれ期日から数日送れたもののなんとかやっと無事に契約金満額が振り込まれました。こちらの会社？店舗？を利用をするにはかなりのエネルギーと時間が必要でした。それでも売りたいという方にしかお勧めできません。 Dangerous. Y	Y K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CMなどでもやっててお値段が良いとのことで来店しました。事前に電話で確認をして1時間程でお値段出せますとのことで向かいました。ただ来店してみたら車がいっぱいでどこに止めていいのかも分からず、敷地内で止めて待っていても誰もこず10分程待ちました。そしてやっと店員が出てきたがいきなり何ですか？と何故か上から目線。電話した旨を話し査定をお願いしたいんですけどと言ったら2時間かかりますと。店内を見ても誰もいないのに何故という感覚になり、さすがに対応が悪すぎるのでそこまでかかるならやめますと伝えたらはぁと言われ物凄く不快そうな顔をされ帰宅しました。悪い口コミを見るとそのとおりだなと実感したので私も記入させていただきました。もちろ営業の人次第でムラはあると思いますが悪すぎます。ガリバーやアップルにも行きましたが全くそんなことはありませんでした。利用される方は口コミの情報を入れた上で利用したほうが良いと思います。私は二度と利用しません。 I came to the store because I was doing commercials and the price was good.
