ポ	ポンタポンタ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古車屋専門と思ってましたがnvanの新車を購入しました。ディーラー同様に好みの純正オプションを選べて、勿論値引きもちゃんとして貰えましたよ。今まで正規ディーラーで購入してましたが遜色ないです。整備もしっかりしてくれてます。オイル交換が無料なのが嬉しいですね、しかも高品質だそうです。店舗については結構新しいのかな、とても明るく綺麗です、営業、受付、整備士さん達皆丁寧に対応して貰って満足してます。出先で突然のパンク！超有名なロードサービスに加入しているので急遽パンク修理を依頼 30分程で来て頂き対応してもらいましたしかしパンクの場所が分からないと言われ修理出来ず積載されている応急タイヤに交換で終了、、、このままではいけないのでビッグモーターに行きましたすると直ぐにパンクの穴を特定してくれました！購入時に入っていたタイヤ4本交換サービスを使うかパンクタイヤのみの修理にするかを提案相談してくれました他の3本のタイヤの状態や金額を考慮して今回はパンク修理にしました 2,000円程でなおしてくれました　^_^ I thought it was a used car shop, but I bought a new car from nvan. ま	まか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2度目のオイル交換他店舗ですが車検も頼んでるんだしと思ってオイルチケットでオイル単品でお願いしました。受付嬢は新人か？声が物凄く小さく何度もチケットの事を他の人に聞きに行く。なんか物凄く申し訳ない気持ちになりました。自分の店で出したチケットくらい把握しとけ！！他県店舗ですが息子の車を購入してからのお付き合い。受付の対応も丁寧でした。作業場もよく見えて安いのに丁寧な仕事なのでオイル交換はいつもお願いしてます。
