鬼	鬼頭了 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず訪問した時に手迎えてくれた若い店員の目が死んでました。買取査定してもらったところ、価格は問題ないのですが店員が威圧的で事前メールではその場で決めずによく検討してくれればいいと書いてあったのにも関わらず、即決しないといけないといわれた。半ば強制された。で、売却契約したものの店員の言ってることが嘘ばかりだとわかり、翌日キャンセル申し入れたところOKと言われたので改めてお店に伺ったら態度が豹変してキャンセルはできないと脅迫されました。大変怖い思いをした。昔はこの会社の約款にキャンセル条項書いてなかったけど今は売却した翌日でもキャンセル可という条項が書いてあります。なくなく、安い価格で車を手放した人や減額された人もいるので車の売買トラブルにあったらJPUCに相談してみると良いと思います。他の方も書いていますが、この会社に星5つの人の中にはなぜかこの会社の他店もすべて星5つで同業他社が星1つってひと結構います。口コミは慎重になった方がよろしいかと。またかなりトラブル多いと知人にも聞いたので利用する時は注意した方がよいかと思います。私は二度と行きません。 First of all, the eyes of a young clerk who picked me up when I visited were dead. There are some people who gave up their cars at a cheap price and some people have reduced their prices, so if you have trouble buying or selling a car, you should consult JPUC. As other people have written, some of the 5 star people in this company are all 5 stars in other stores of this company and 1 star in the same industry. I think it's better to be careful about word of mouth. I also heard from an acquaintance that there are quite a lot of troubles, so I think you should be careful when using it. I will never go again.
