★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あすと長町にある モールの隣のビル通路で繋がっている 二階のエレベーターの脇に お直しの店ビックママ 少し解りにくいが とっても感じのいいお店で 直しの出来もかなり頷けます‼️値段も底底安いので助かりました‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビッグママという企業は大変素晴らしく、企業としての考え方をとても尊敬しています。ただ、こちらの店舗のある店員さんの対応で、そんな気持ちも台無しに。お直しを注文に行った時も、引き取りに行った時も、どちらもイヤな気持ちになったし、その人に当たる率がナゼか高い。
通常店頭にいる方が、ビッグママの看板を背負っている状況なのに、まるで自分の家にいるかのような対応。いらっしゃいませ、の声掛け無し。理由も言わず待たせる。引き換え書は持ってこないとダメ、と頭ごなし。(身分証で対応できることを後になって言う) とても店頭に立つような人ではない。 前回行った時も、ビッグママに苦情メールを送ってやろうと、どれだけ思ったか。 自宅近くだから行ってたけれど、こんなに気分害する店も今どき珍しい。

しかし、接遇してくれたのは一緒に勤務していた若いお姉さん。やや緊張した様子が初々しく、誠実な仕事でした。
場所が非常にわかりづらい。ネットで検索しても、現地で地図を探してもわかりづらい。
