MTBパーツの特殊な規格のネジを乗車中に落としてしまい、そこまで高額なものでもないのでパーツ丸ごと交換かなと思いながらも相談したところ、「直せる物は直して使おう」とあらゆる解決策を模索してくださいました。大変頼もしかったです。
何か困ったら相談したいと思えるお店です。

すごく調子よくなり気持ち良く乗る事ができるようになりました。
冬のコートを脱ぎ、身軽になったかのような(^-^) 坂もいつものギヤより重いのでも登れちゃう！

元々、SHIMANO製SPDを使っていましたが、電話した際、在庫なく別の物ならあるということで来店してみました。
クランクブラザーズというメーカーのペダルで、あまり知らないものだったのですが、一般的な説明だけでなく、ご自身で使っている使用感などリアルなアドバイスでとても参考になりました。
対応も丁寧で、また何かあれば聞いて下さいと
自分が自転車屋でよく感じる手軽に行きにくい感じが全くありませんでした。
少し、家から距離はありますが、またお世話になろうと思います。

店長さんは私の住んでいる横浜でもショップ店長をやられていたそうですが、めちゃめちゃ自転車の知識がある方でした。
知らない話もたくさん聞けてとても楽しかったです。
今度は三島に宿泊して西伊豆を色々走りたいと考えています。
また寄らせてもらい色々情報も教えて頂きたいと思います。
