齋	齋藤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良くも悪くも量販店レベルです。お店が小さい時と大きくなってからで、1台ずつ自転車を購入しましたが、購入前のフィッティングなどなく、ホームセンターで自転車を買うのと同じ対応でした。接客など相談に関しては、対応の良い店員さんがいたのて、自分である程度整備やフィッティングに関する知識のある方なら良いお店だと思います。星２つにした理由は、新しくなってから購入したミニベロです。 2、3回目に乗った時にそれは起きました！距離として、まだ２０キロも乗ってないのに、ハンドルを握ると車体がぐにゃぐにゃするんです！調べてみたら、フレームとフロントフォークの近くにある大きめのネジが手で回り、外れる寸前でした！そのまま乗っていたら大ケガをする所でした！色々な自転車屋さんに行って分かりましたが、これがプロショップとの違いなんだな～と思いました。量販店は1から10まで全部見て納車じゃないみたいです･･･勿論同じセオサイクルさんの他店舗でも、ちゃんとしてる所はあるだろうし、蘇我店さんも普段やっていて、たまたま忘れたのかも知れません･･･人間なので、ミスはあると思います。だから私の投稿を見て、少しでもケアレスミスを無くす取り組みや環境が変わってくれる事を願います。 It is a mass retailer level for better or worse.
