本館とANNEX館に分かれており、中でもANNEX館は完全個室になっており、集中してトレーニングに没頭できます。
自分のやりたい事や目標をトレーナーに相談すると、それに合わせたメニューを組んでくれて、効率よくトレーニングをする事ができます。
料金プランも色々用意されています。
私は回数券プランを契約してますが、自分のライフスタイルや目標に合わせたプランを提示して頂けますし、スケジュール調整も柔軟に対応して頂けるので、とても使いやすいジムだと思います。

It is divided into the main building and the ANNEX building, and the ANNEX building is a completely private room, so you can concentrate on your training.

I have a coupon plan, but I think it's a very easy-to-use gym because you can present a plan that suits your lifestyle and goals, and you can flexibly adjust the schedule.
