入居後の水道元栓の相談に関しては、割と不躾な電話応対だった記憶がありました。教えて頂かないと、どの部屋がどの蓋なのかもわかりませんし、元栓自分でひねるの初めてなども知らないと思いますが、電話口の方もあやふや。
地元密着の仲介と伺っており、保証人の確認もきっちり行うところは、とても信頼おけるところかと思います。
アヒターサービスについて、少し気になる部分以外は特に問題はないです。

Regarding the consultation on the water supply tap after moving in, I remember that it was a rather unscrupulous telephone response. If you don't tell me, you won't know which room has which lid, and I don't think you know the first time you twist the main plug yourself, but the telephone outlet is also uncertain.
I heard that it is a local mediation, and I think that the place where the guarantor is confirmed properly is a very reliable place.
There is no particular problem with the ahitter service except for the part that is a little worrisome.
