まず、インターネット予約し予約完了のメールが来て、メールの中で店舗からの連絡をお待ちくださいとあったが、いつまでたっても連絡なし。
こちらから確認の連絡入れてみれば、肝心の店舗のほうでは予約確認がとれない状態。
その後、予約もすんなりいき、車検も無事終わり、車検証来るまで1〜2週間ほどまっててください。こちらから連絡しますというもこれまた連絡なし。
さすがに2週間近くたったのでこちらから連絡したら、◯日に連絡したけど不通でしたとの返答。
ちなみに着信は一切なく、どこにかけていたのか不明です。
っていうか、一回連絡して不通だったら後日かけ直すとかしないのか？
こちらから連絡しなかったらどうしていたのだろうか？一回だけ連絡してあとは客からの連絡待ちが当たり前？
いや連絡したけど不通だったんで・・・
平気でこういう回答してくるあたり、サービス品質がダメダメも言わざるを得ませんね?♂️

I mean, why don't you contact me once and call back at a later date if there is no communication?
