床下の漏水で、他店で床下に入ってもらいましたが途中で引き返して来て、漏れている場所がわからないと言われて困り果てていました。ネットでほかの業者さんを探していたら、床下の漏水調査について、使用する機材など詳しく説明されていたので依頼しました。最初に電話に出られた方はお名前から、社長さんだと思いますが、とても感じが良く、質問にも丁寧に答えてくれました。翌日来てくださった作業者の方もとても感じが良く、床下に入らずともすぐに漏水箇所を特定して、漏れている給水管も見せてくれ、その場で修理してくださいました。部品と工賃で15,000で、適正な価格でした。これからは水回りで困ったら、毎回お世話になろうと思います。 ※ちなみに、最初に調査依頼して漏水箇所の特定ができなかった他店の見積り金額は14万円でした?
