ス	スサノオ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ デリバリーでメイン料理２つ頼んだのに割り箸が１膳しか入ってなくて電話したら目利きの銀次の社員全員が１膳しか付けないのが当たり前とキレられました！謝罪も反省のいろもありません！もし、電話して、入れ忘れですみませんでしたと言われてたら、誰しもが間違えるので仕方ないことなので許すしかありません！ですが謝罪もなし、で逆ギレおかしくないですか？そんなお店にはいかない方がいいです！社員の畑と言う人は電話中にもかかわらず受話器を放置して仕事をするかたです！(電話は無視)そして何十分待ってもそのまま無視されました。その日は何度電話しても通話中！後で聞くと受話器が外れていて通話中になっていたというがその社員の畑が受話器をもとの場所に戻さず放置していたのが現実です！閉店間近に電話してその畑に変わってもらったら言い分けばかりでそして切れてくる！おかしすぎです！この飲食店は！次の日店長のいる時間帯に電話したら、電話中も謝る気も感じ取れません、心を込めてのすみませんも１つも感じ取れませんでした。こんなのでよく続けれるなあ～と思います。失敗や間違えは、誰にしもあるりますが言い分けしたり謝りもなければこちらも許せません！失敗や間違えできちんと心のこもってるすみませんなど言えていたらここまでキレませんでした。以後気を付けて下さい。 I ordered two main dishes for delivery, but only one set of disposable chopsticks was included, and when I called, it was taken for granted that all the connoisseur Ginji employees would only have one set!
