c	chim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が最悪な事務所！ネットの減額診断がここの事務所だった。診断サイトには電話をかけてくるという案内は一切なかった（漫画ではその場で携帯画面で分かる感じ）が、電話をかけるので都合の良い時間を教えろ、とと何度も連絡がくる。とりあえず診断結果が知りたい、仕事と家庭の状況で電話は出来ない、聞き(言い)間違いや誤認があると嫌なので書面で返事を下さいとSNSで返答すると、電話でしか対応は出来ない、また当事務所の弁護士判断で今後相談はお断りします、と即返事が来た。匿名で方向性だけでも知りたい人間に、いきなり電話はハードルが高すぎる。しかも、即相談お断りってなんだ？！書面でやりとり(証拠)を残したくないのか？後から都合の悪いことは口頭で誤魔化すつもりなのか？重要事項は双方の間違いがないように書面で記録を残すのが世間の常識なのに、よりによって弁護士事務所がそれを拒否するとは…。どちらにしろ、非常に上から目線の居丈高な事務所であることは間違いない。口コミを見るに、お金になりそうな都合のいい客だけを選んで丁寧に対応するようだ。嫌な思いをしたくなかったら、この事務所に関わらない方が良い。 The worst office! 綾	綾小路太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 債務整理でお世話になりました。借金がある事で生活に支障が出てきたのでご相談しました。最初は生活費など計算してくれて、とても親身になってお話を聞いてくれました。当時無知な自分のせいでもあるが、債務整理をする事でブラックリストになる事など、詳しいお話は無く借金が減る事のみしか言われませんでした。実際借金は弁護士費用などで、トータル的には変わらなく、月々の返済に関しても金融機関との示談不成立で終わり、1千円程度しか安くなりませんでした。その後のアフターフォローも丁寧までとは言わず、担当者が毎回お電話の度に変わるので、正直不便です。最初だけ丁寧で後のフォローは曖昧に答えるだけ。どこかの悪徳車業者とやり方はなんら変わりません。返済額もほとんど変わらないのでわざわざブラックに載る必要もなかったです。正直後悔しています。債務整理をしようかと悩んでる方、もう一度改めて考えた方がよろしいかと思います。額にはよりますが、債務整理をしない方がメリットが大きいような感じがします。良い人生勉強になりました。 Thank you for your debt consolidation.
