星1個もつけたくないほど嫌な店。 2度行って初回は良かった。 2度目が最悪だった。 カットカラートリートメントで約2時間のところを1時間半弱でおわった。 あまりに早すぎて適当にやったとしか思えない。 しかも私の年齢より遥かに高い年齢層の雑誌を置かれたのも気分悪い。 会話も通じないし、最初は私の伝え方が悪いのかと思ったけどホットペッパーのクチコミ見ると私以外にも同じ様な思いをした方がいて安心しました(笑) ここ店員の態度悪すぎるし、他にも同じこと書いてる人多数いるのに、店側改善する気ないよね… この美容院行った後に知人にこの店の話をしたら、知人も行ってたことが発覚✨ そしてやはり嫌な思いをしたそうな。 結局全て気に入らなかったので、後日別の美容院へ行きました。 行かない方がいい美容院です。

予約時間から1時間以上は待たされました。 カラーの後も30分待たされ、合計3時間くらいかかりました。おすすめしないです。

口コミを見て本当に不安でしたが、私は満足しました。特にカラーカットの髪の毛の仕上がりは満足でした。主な理由は、①9:30からの予約を当日取ることができたこと=その日にどうしても行かなきゃのときに大変助かる②価格が安い=失敗しても諦めがつく③前の美容室で☆4.1くらいのところで失敗されているため、整える程度だったこと=簡単なオーダーだったこと、かなと思ってます。私のような状況で、やむを得ず選ぶことには良かったと思います。短所は、受け入れる予約数が幅広くて回せていないことです。女の店員さんが受付をやり常に客を二人抱えているように見えました。私の見る限り役割分担なのか、男性は自分の客のこと以外動いていないようでした。そのため、カラーやトリートメントで待たされたり、タオルの匂いが少し気になりました。手袋をつけたままの接客も、気になる人は気になるとも思いました。自分は今回は、何回も通うわけではなかったのでもう気にしませんでした。時間がない時や、特に髪型にこだわりのないときには満足すると思います。

予約して、予約時間からI時間以上待たされ席へ そこから10分強待たされました。 待ってる他のお客さんの中にはここまで待たされる事を想定してないため、キャンセルされてる様子も伺えました。待った割には普通の仕上がり… 回らない人数を予約受けるのはどうなんでしょう。 津田沼は美容室が沢山あるので次からは他に行こうと思います。 レビューを見る限り、カラーなどのサービスも良くはなさそうなので、他の店にお客を取られて淘汰されるのでしょうね。。

予約時間通りに入店したにも関わらず40分以上音沙汰なく待たされて呆れました。 担当は男性の方でした。 自身のお金や時間の問題で、以前自分でストレートパーマをかけた旨を話すと、初対面にも関わらず説教口調で「なんで自分でやっちゃうかな〜」とその後の施術中もずっと文句を言われ続け、内心怒りを抑えるのに精一杯でした。 確かに、自分でやるのはあまり良くないと知っていましたが、お伝えしておいた方がスムーズに施術していただけると考えて伝えただけだったので大変後悔しました。 ヘアアイロンをかけていただく際も引っ張られすぎてかなり痛かったです。色んな意味で泣きそうでした。 明らかにこちらが年下ではあったと思いますが、全体を通して接客態度がひどいと感じました。 当たり外れがあるのかもしれないですが、私は2度と行きません。
