ただ裏方でのヒソヒソ話が客室迄ただ漏れで何か言われているようでチョッと残念でした。
 It was good that the customer service was polite and the explanations were also polite.
However, it was a little disappointing that the story behind the scenes was just leaking to the guest room and something was being said.
