★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3ヶ月間通いました。若いスタッフさんは、明るく礼儀正しくとても話しやすかったです。ただ、おばさんスタッフ(副チーフ)は、初日からタメ口で、なによりもしつこく不快な気分になりました。
内容については、痩せた実感はありません。痩せられるのは、ごく1部なんだと思います。あまりオススメはしません。
I went for 3 months. The young staff was very cheerful and polite. However, the aunt staff (deputy chief) felt uncomfortable from the first day.
As for the contents, there is no thin feeling. I think that only one part can be thinned. I do not recommend much.
