★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚指輪の受取日の14:00にメールにて、商品が無いので待ってくれと連絡がきました。
それまでに一切の連絡も謝罪もなく、私が不満を伝えた後にようやく電話とお詫びのメールが来ました。
店主はメールで連絡をする前に電話をしたと言い張りますが、私が着信履歴を見せたところ、圏外で繋がらなかったと言い出しました。
勿論店側からの発信の履歴はありません。そもそも受取日の前日に連絡したから良いという問題でもありません。
受取予定日に結婚指輪が届かなかったことと、店主の対応に一切の誠実さを感じられなかった為、投稿させて頂きました。
これから結婚指輪を購入予定の方へ。
指輪受取日の近日に結婚指輪がある前提で予定を入れていると、全てが台無しになる恐れがある為、気をつけてください。

The shopkeeper insists that he called before contacting by e-mail, but when I showed the incoming call history, he said that he could not connect outside the service area.
Of course, there is no history of outgoing calls from the store. In the first place, it is not a problem that it is okay because I contacted you the day before the receipt date.
I posted it because I didn't receive the wedding ring on the scheduled date of receipt and I couldn't feel any sincerity in the store owner's response.
For those who are planning to purchase a wedding ring from now on.
Please be aware that if you plan to have a wedding ring near the day you receive the ring, everything may be ruined.
