Chigusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020/10月夜は何度か訪問してますが、10/1よりランチを始めたとのことでとんかつランチを食べてきました。オーダーはロースカツ定食160g1400円税込にしました。小さ目もありますが肉バルのトンカツなので肉々しく大きい方を選びました。マスターが銀座に居たときから付き合いのある埼玉県の隠れた名産のはぎちくポークだそうです。上質で柔らかくて脂身の旨いポークを肉バルのプロのマスターというよりシェフが薄いピンク色に仕上げてくれてます。待つこと10分弱で素敵な絵面でロースカツが登場です。左からいただきます。最初のひと切れは塩でいただきました。肉の風味がしっかりで食感も端切れよく美味しいです。次にとんかつソースでいただきます。中の方は薄っすらとピンク色でさらに美味しそうです。こちらの方が好みです。刻みキャベツは自家製ドレッシングでいただきました。この味は下が覚えてましたね。美味しいです。ご飯大盛無料、キャベツも味噌汁もお替り無料です。流石は肉バルのとんかつで美味しくご馳走さまでした。 2019/12月穴場的なワインバルです。 October 2020 I have visited several times at night, but I ate tonkatsu lunch because I started lunch on October 1st.
