共用設備には若干しょぼさがありますが、管理費の安さを考えれば仕方がないかと。
The view facing east and north is wonderful. The westward direction is only high and nothing is interesting.
The shared facilities are a little shabby, but I wonder if it can be helped considering the low management costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 共用部分が、いつも綺麗に掃除されているのは感心するが、駐車場については、なぜかずっと同じ所に同じゴミが放置されたままだった事があり『？』 エレベーターは6基、宅配ボックス、館内ゴミ置き場、ジムなども。海側からはレインボーブリッジや台場、遠くにスカイツリーも眺められる。
