BATON 東池袋店

東池袋駅6番出口から徒歩1分。和と洋を融合した新しいイタリアン。系列店が、お寿司屋と焼肉屋なので、お魚もお肉も普通のレストランでは味わえない本格的な味で非常に美味しかったです。また、価格もリーズナブルで満足感が半端ないです。今回は、家族で利用しました。下の子が乳製品のアレルギーがありますが、イタリアンなのに海鮮丼があるのが助かりました。なかなか家族でイタリアンに行く事が少なかったのでこれからは気にせず行けます。家族でアレルギーのある方には、是非オススメです。店内も清潔で、インテリアもかっこ良かったので、Zoomのバーチャル背景に設定してしまいました。

Baton 是位於東池袋店的14樓，剛開張不夠。這間店非常大而且寬敞。隔離就是資生堂理髮店及Queensaeg按摩店。 由於剛剛已經在東池袋店13樓吃完了壽司，所以現在過來只是學一杯咖啡吃一件Tarimisu。雖然甜品一般，但是咖啡是可口的。而且環境非常好，非常闊落我可以在這裏安靜的溫習功課。

休日のランチに伺いました。 ハラミの丼を頼みましたが、お肉が沢山入っており、ソースもおいしかったです。 サラダ、スープとドリンクが付いてきて1200円だったので、手頃ではないですが満足でした。

Very nice and relaxing atmosphere and amazing food! The staff was also very friendly! Their menu is both in Japanese and English which is very convenient if you don’t speak Japanese. I would recommend this for foreigners who want to try out high quality Japanese food but also have some international options. Highly recommend the sashimi and meat assortment!

Tldr: We, my girlfriend and I, had a such a good experience eating lunch at Baton that we decided to head back for dinner the very next day. The food tastes great, it is reasonably priced and the atmosphere is amazing. They have English menus for foreigners and some English speaking staff. --- Having visited Tokyo one time previously, this time (June, 2019) we wanted to avoid the main tourist areas and experience food where the locals would eat. A friend of ours living in Tokyo recommended that we should try the newly opened Baton as most guests are regulars from the local area, the food is great at a reasonable price and that we should easily be able to get by without speaking Japanese. We decided to head over for lunch. Finding the place was easy enough using Google maps and it is located close to the metro line. We found the restaurant to be a small and cozy place with a open and modern look. The restaurant has an open area in the front with tables and separate rooms in the back for those who wish some privacy. It was properly cleaned and you could watch as the chef prepared your food. As I'm writing this review 7 months after, I cannot remember the name of our dish, but we enjoyed a rice based meal with tender beef slices on top, which tasted great. The staff was pleasant and provided us excellent service, making our visit a great experience to look back at. Having had such a good experience, we decided to head back for dinner the very next day accompanied by our friend living in Tokyo and her boyfriend. Whereas the atmosphere for lunch was open, modern and light, during dinner it was more dimmed down, cozy and relaxed. The dinner menu was quite different from the lunch menu as during lunch we had each our dish and for dinner we had several shared among us. We had an absolute amazing dinner experience, with a lively and friendly staff seeing to that we had a pleasant meal and, of course, good friends to share the experience with. We ended up testing three or four different wines, sake and more accompanied by a table filled with a dozen, or more, different dishes for sharing, ranging from sushi to a variation of delicious meat dishes. We had two separate absolute amazing experiences eating at Baton, and will definitely go back next time we visit Tokyo!

I really like the atmosphere, location, food and drink. Highly recommended for those of you coming to Ikebukuro!

Worth your time, especially if you like steaks. Reasonable prices, tasty food (with a normal size of dish, compare to others), great service, quite atmosphere... Thank to the staff working there, seems they do really care about clients. UPD12.2020: minus 1 star, cuz now large portions became significantly smaller.
