★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの声が小さく聞こえなくて聞き返したらそのあとキレ気味で対応された。アイス渡される時も声が小さくて何言ってるかやっぱりわからなかった。アイスもすごくベチャベチャしていた。

そんなに気温が高くないのに、オーダー受けて会計までの間に出しっぱなしにしたのかべちょべちょ。店員さんの対応も良くなかったです。
後楽園のサーティワン行ったことある方は同じチェーン店なのかと驚くと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前はそこまで良いとは思わなかったのですが、半年前くらいから環境が変わったのか、良くなった気がします。毎度丁寧に対応してくださるので、気持ちよくアイスを買うことが出来ます。
I didn't think it was so good before, but I think it has improved since about half a year ago. You can buy ice cream comfortably because they will respond politely every time.
