★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星も付けたくないくらいです。ショップに連絡付かずクレカで定期注文したのを止めたくても止められず困って電話してもショップに連絡しろ・電話はしてくるなと。ショップに通じない旨を話しても専用フォームからじゃないと相手しない、フォームから送ったところでショップに連絡するだけ。こんな無責任なところのサービスなんて絶対に使わない方がいい。
 I do n’t want to add stars. Even if you want to stop ordering regularly with Kureka without contacting the shop, even if you can't stop it, you can't stop calling. Even if you tell us that you can't get to the shop, you will only be able to contact the shop if you send it from the form. Never use such irresponsible services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年程利用。確かに簡単にネットショップができるから挑戦し易かったけど、しっかり商売を行うには諸々不憫だった為、他のサービスに乗り換えました。初心者には良いサービスだと思います。

Mercari and Yahoo Auction are better

BASEなのかPayIDなのか、はっきりしない。ショッピングアプリの名称がペイメントの名前って？これで新規ユーザー狙えるの？楽して保有するお金を増やしたい感じが透けて見えてやだ。
2. カスタマーサポートの質が一向にくそ
アウトソーシングを使っていると願いたい。大手企業でもあるまいに、縦割りがひどい。内容も聞かずにそれはうちは知らないからこっちへ連絡してとリンクを送る。不具合を教えてあげようとしても同じ対応。客はボランティアでもなく時間が無限なわけでもない。わざわざそんなことするか、暇じゃない。最終的に困るのはおたく。自分らで気付かないところを言ってくれることに前のめりになれないんじゃ、長く続かないだろうし、どっかでもっと儲かる臭いがする方に舵を切るだろう。期待はずれ。
1. I'm not sure what I want to be
It's not clear whether it's BASE or PayID. What is the name of the shopping app and the name of the payment? Can you aim for new users with this? I can see through the feeling that I want to have fun and increase the amount of money I have.
2. The quality of customer support is crap
I hope you are using outsourcing. Even though it is a major company, the vertical division is terrible. I don't know what it is, so please contact me and send me a link. Even if you try to tell us the problem, the same response. Customers are neither volunteers nor infinite time. Do you bother to do that, or you're not free. The final problem is geeks. If you can't lean forward to say something you don't notice, it won't last long, and you'll steer towards someone who smells more profitable somewhere. disappointing.
