Despite my poor Japanese, the barber knew enough English to understand my request and gave a solid cut and beard shape. The queue process is managed by an iPad sign in / email or phone ticket system which was cool. Means you don’t have to wait in the shop if you’re a long way out. Their site has a webcam of inside so you can also see the queue. Nice touch. Inside has comfy seats and vintage booths for each chair. All barbers are dressed pretty dapper too. Complimentary coffee machine and phone chargers also a nice touch. I saw what seemed to be a regular get his previous haircut shown to him on the barbers iPad before starting - to see if he wanted what he got last time, would make me go back again. Cost ~£35 all in which is far more than I’d spend in the UK, but seems around average price in Osaka. This included a wash, cut, and wash again + beard shape. A close shave would have been included too but I didn’t want one.
G	George Bennion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very stylish store with reasonable prices! They have an interesting system where they don't accept cash, which was the first time I've seen that in Japan. The barbers will cut your hair as you want, and will even give suggestions if you ask. The cut itself was pretty quick, too, considering how carefully they cut. Definitely worth going out of your way for a cut!
