振込手数料の説明がなく、様々な書類を書き終わってこっちから聞いてようやく発覚。
しかも最初735円かかるとか言われ愕然。
そんなら買取金額にその分上乗せするとかしたら？後出しジャンケンもいいとこ。
それはおかしいんじゃない？ってことで本部に聞くとかで１時間以上待たされ、結局550円だった事が判明。
何が問題かって、
手数料の間違いの確認で1時間以上待たせてる事。
振込み手数料の金額を黙っている事。
それでなんで「今回の買取辞められますか？」ってなるんだよ。
こっちがどんだけ時間割いてると思ってんの。
ふざけてる。二度と依頼しない。

ヘッドとオイル確認窓からのオイル漏れ
ガスケットは保証対象外だそうです

浜松店まで遠方でも持ってきたら
修理代頂いて直しますとの事
そして代車は有りませんと言われました
その時点で、何言ってんの？どうやって持ってけと...と思いました
そして
それが厳しいなら自分で直せと言ってくる始末
ここで買う人は注意して買いましょう
エンジン温めて数十キロ走らなければわからない事もあるので
再度言いますが本当にここでは注意して隅々まで見ましょう。
まぁ見てわかるタイヤのヒビも大丈夫なんて言ってくる所だから
消費者側の気持ちは通じ辛いと思います。
私が行った時はたった1人だけ話しのわかる店員さんがいたのでタイヤの件はわかってもらえましたが、担当が違う人になってしまったので
こんな最低なやり取りの結果になったんだと思います。
100万以上も出して泣き寝入りしなきゃならないのかと思うと本当心底頭にきます
本当地元のバイク王で買えば良かったと心から思いました。
車検対応のマフラーの書類が無いのも地元のバイク王が気づいてくれました
そして同じバイク王として浜松店に呆れていました。
ここの口コミで謝罪なんかしてますが
対応はきっと変わってないんだなと私個人は感じてしまいました。
