3杯目頼むのにおすすめのカクテルは何かと聞いたら、「自分が作るのが得意なカクテルをすすめるお店とか多いと思うんですけど全て得意だからおすすめは無いんですよね。メニューにも書いてあるから好きなカクテルをオーダーして下さい。」との事。
オーセンティックなバーのカウンターでこんな言われ方したのは初めて。
季節のおすすめなり、先に飲んだ2杯の傾向から提案するなり何かできるはず。
大会で優勝してるそうで、カクテルを作る技量は良いのかも知れませんが、接客業の応対の技量はチェーンの居酒屋レベル。
期待して損しました。
クレジットカードの利用手数料も取られるしロクな店ではない。
