D	Daniel Hayward-Hughes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concept is great but the execution is somewhat lacking. Drinks are a little weak at best and watered down at worst. Perhaps I'm used to punchier cocktails and straights but I have struggled to find the alcohol profile here. On the plus side you can smoke so the 1907 Dunhill Rothachild has helped but not worth effort for drinks alone. Try to find an all-you-can-drink if you're on a big night out. However at ¥200 a drink I wasn't expecting the America Bar at the Savoy. Shame.
S	SuperAarthi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this bar!! Me and all of my friends were able to get drinks that were fun, tasty, and fitting our tastes. The menu is large and vibrant, and the 200yen per drink is an amazing price!! An amazing find!

The guy behind the counter mumbled some kind of apology I couldn't understand. I ordered quesadillas and they gave me were frozen, boxed, stale tasting food coming right out of a microwave they have right behind the counter. Not an honest place in my opinion.
J	Jack Clancy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't recommend if you're a foreigner. Even if you speak fluent Japanese, they will click their tongue at you while pointing at things, and then tell you 2度も来ないで when you leave. I was extremely upset with the service.

There's a ¥400 cover charge however all drinks are ¥200 and with such a large list of drinks it's definitely worth. Don't expect any flashy liquor obviously but if you want a cheap drink it's a good place to go.
L	LHswe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute a must experience, hundred of drinks to chose from, bartenders that are friendly and talkative, 200 yen per drink and 600 yen seating charge at peak hours. The place is small but filled with interesting decor, the menu despite the hundred of drinks is easy to navigate. Some bar-food is availible to order too. The drinks are small, but made with care in front of your eyes with skill, you can easily get away with spending just 2000 to 3000 yen and walking away a little wobbly. Visit this place, you will not regret it and you will be back. English menu's availible.
J	JayEl Gee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge cocktail menu, they serve only Asahi 1/2pints. 432y cover, and all drinks are 216y. The shots are more like half shots. The cocktails don't seem any stronger either. Stick to the beer and you'll be alright.
