★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しっとりとした雰囲気で落ち着いたバー。アラウンドザ・ワールドをいただきましたがとても、美味しかったです。マスターの所作も美しく、高すぎもせず、また行きたくなるお店でした。
A calm bar with a moist atmosphere. We had Around the World, but it was very delicious. The master's work was also beautiful, it was not too expensive, it was a shop I wanted to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 裏通りに小さな看板でひっそりと佇むカウンターのみのショットバーです。ここのマスターは、NBAグランプリにもなった新潟屈指のバーテンダーの息子さんで、新潟古町のカクテル通なら三本指に挙げます。置いてるリキュールの数もさることながら、テクニックが素晴らしいです。
新しいお店に移ってから、マスターがあまり喋らなくなり、お酒（特にウィスキー）の種類がかなり減りました。アイラモルトが１種類しか置いてないとか。高いのも置いてないです（ロイヤルハウスホールドとか）。残念ですが星5→3に下げました。
It is a shot bar with only a counter that sits quietly with a small sign on the back street. The master here is the son of one of Niigata's best bartenders, who also became an NBA Grand Prix, and if you're a cocktail person in Niigata's Furumachi, I'll list it on three fingers. The technique is great, as well as the number of liqueurs I have.
After moving to a new store, the master didn't get much, and the number of types of liquor (especially whiskey) decreased considerably. There is only one type of Eila malt. I have not put it high (Royal Household, etc.). I'm sorry, but I lowered it to star 5 → 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行きたいバーが祝日で休みだったため、Googleで検索し、実際に雰囲気を確認して入りました。
入ったときにはトイレにいて、出てきて一人か確認されてカウンターに。
カウンターには幾つかジンが並んでいたので、ジントニックを注文してジンを聞いたらタンカレーしかないと言われる。
それで良いと注文したら、氷は丸氷で良いなと思ったが、かなりステアをして炭酸を抜くという事を目の前でやられる。
チャームのレーズンバターはキンキンに冷えており、しまいに端っこでタバコを吸い始めたので、このお店はバーとしてありえないと判断しました。
このようなネガティブな事は書きたくないのですが、久々に怒りが湧いたお店です。
そこそこバーも行ってますが、最低ランクです。

There were several gin lined up at the counter, so when I ordered a gin tonic and asked for gin, it was said that there was only tanqueray.
When I ordered that it was okay, I thought that the ice should be round ice, but I could do a lot of steer to remove carbonic acid in front of me.
The charm's raisin butter was chilly and finally started smoking at the edge, so I decided that this shop wasn't a bar.
I don't want to write such negative things, but it's a shop that got angry after a long time.
There are some bars, but it's the lowest rank.

入店と同時に20歳ですか？と聞かれたので今月でハタチになったので記念に来たんですよーと言うと
「本当にハタチなんですか？困るんですよね未成年連れてこられると」と未成年と決めつけて嫌味を言われる。
ここでムッとしたが、せっかくの記念を台無しにしたくないのでにこやかに注文
ところが常連と話をしてて上の空だったのか注文も間違える
そしてその常連とこちらを見て笑ってる
不愉快！そこでブチ切れお金だけおいて出てきた。
親にしてみると子供と一緒に飲むのが夢だが、その夢をぶち壊してくれた。
今まで何百軒もの日本中のBARを歩いてきたが
ここは最低のBARだった
