s	sivuch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中世岩窟教会で頂く重厚かつフレッシュなカクテル。店に足を踏み入れると、暗視装置が必要なくらいの暗い照明。そしてその先には、中世岩窟教会のような重厚な内装が展開されています。聞くと映画などを手掛けている内装屋さんのお仕事だそうです。まず頂いたハイボールは爽やかながら飲みごたえある味わい。仲間とよい銘柄を樽買いされているとのことです。次に頂いたカクテルは、ジントニック、ダイキリ、カティンカ、ジョン・コリンズで、どれもエッジが効いた味わい。爽快な味わい、肉感的な味わい、様々な表現を使い分けられている印象です。「甘酸っぱいチビチビ系をお願いします」と定性的にお願いすると、ベルガモットを用いた絶妙なカクテルを仕上げてくれました。お任せ系でも十二分の満足度を得られます。また特筆するべきは、広島周辺の柑橘系を用いたカクテル。春に訪問した時には大崎下島のキャラメルマンダリンを使ったカクテルが、至福の香りと甘みを楽しませてくれました。マスターはお若いですが、引き出しが多彩で飽きさせません。大学時代の東京話で盛り上がりました。 A heavy and fresh cocktail from the medieval rock church. When I qualitatively asked, "Please give me a sweet and sour tiny cocktail," he finished an exquisite cocktail using bergamot. You can get more than enough satisfaction even if you leave it to us. Also noteworthy is the citrus cocktails around Hiroshima. When I visited in the spring, a cocktail using caramel mandarin from Osaki-Shimojima delighted me with the blissful scent and sweetness. The master is young, but the drawers are versatile and you won't get bored. It was exciting to talk about Tokyo when I was in college.

It was a little difficult to find, but when I went through the door, I saw a scene like the interior of a European castle. The cocktail was a little expensive at 4500 yen for 2 cups, but I think I will drop by again when I go to Hiroshima.

V	Virginia Hodge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A medieval French decor with the loveliest hosts, husband and wife. A large whisky selection as well as cocktails made with fresh local fruits. I had a Hiroshima gin with fresh lemon which was delicious. There is a small seating fee but really worth it as they bought us numerous bar snacks. I do not think they have many tourists so we're extra hospitable.
M	Mariane Xie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with couple of fitness of mine, we had a great time!!!! The cocktails were amazing!!! The owners are insanely nice, and they really do know their alcohol! There’s a 900yen entrance fee, but after that, all the amazing drinks are around 1000yen so it’s really really worth it to stay and have a couple of drinks! Definitely a highlight for us in Hiroshima!
