S	Shushu Chacha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年に18年目となった、中野を代表するBARです。名物のナポリタンは中野区の観光資源としてまで認定。現在の店長が考案した、スパイシーモスコミュールは、とても美味しいです。モルトウィスキーの種類も多く、レアなものも安心の中野価格で提供してくれます。先日伺った際、店長に話しを聞いたら、以前はお客様がにぎやかになってしまったりして、それを収めようと悩んでいたようです。しかしコロナが明けてきた現在、お客様自身が大きな声を出してはいけない、BARでしか飲めないカクテルをゆっくりと飲むなど、非常にマナーの良いお客様が増えてきたと。それを聞いてなるほど、だから今日はより居心地が良いのか、と納得できました。ちゃんとしたオーセンティックバーなのに、料理も美味しい、さらにはオーナーがソムリエなのでワインまでレベル高い、素晴らしいBarです。 It is a BAR representing Nakano, which became the 18th year in 2021.
