他の飲み屋街とは一線を画すその雰囲気が最近とても気に入っている。
そして、このお店を見つけたことで、またも気に入った街になった。
お店の雰囲気は、一步入ると別世界という、まさにオーセンティックバーの王道。
街のざわつきから、仕事から解放されるこの瞬間を提供出来るか出来ないかが、本格派バーなのかなって僕は思う。
さて、この日飲んだのは、キルコーマンだ。
そもそもこのキルコーマン、僕は行きつけの池袋のバーで初めて飲んで、「これはイイ！」と思って以来、このお酒を置いていて美味しく飲むことが出来るバーを僕の中では「能戸認定オーセンティックバー」と心のなかで認定している。
当然、このお店でも美味しくいただくことが出来た。
そして、このお店で特徴的なことのひとつにお通しがある。
小さなカップに入った、オニオンスープだ。
さらに上品な盛り付けのピクルス。
この２つにキルコーマンで最高の味、最高のひとときを過ごすことが出来た。
ここは、通い必至だね。

バーテンの方もホスピタリティ溢れており、とても気持ち良い時間を過ごせた。
オーダーしたカクテルが本当に美味しくまた飲みたい。ちなみに、ウォッカベースの巨峰のフローズンカクテルは、程よく巨峰の皮が含まれて絶妙な渋みが自然な甘さを引き立ててた。シャインマスカットウォッカのカクテルも口に持たれずさっぱりした甘さで口当たりもよく、おかわりしそうになった（笑）
席はカウンターが8席？テーブル席があるが、ゆっくり話しながら飲むならカウンターがオススメ。品があり清潔感のある店内でムードもある。
ちなみに、二人でカクテル2杯づつで9900円でした。
