子供のために新規の預金通帳を作りに行くのに電話で聞くと、20分と言われたので4ヶ月の赤ちゃんを連れて行きました。通帳の記入用紙が赤と青があったのですが、青の方に書いて渡すと赤の方が磁気が強いのでおススメと言われ赤に書き直しました。そして作るのでお待ちくださいと言わら40分ほど待っても終わらず、中の若い銀行員は楽しそうに雑談?をしていて、あとから来た人がみんな帰っていくので、おかしく思いまだかと尋ねると普通は2.30分はかかるんでと冷たく言われまた20分ほど待たされ、呼ばれたのでやっと終わったかと思うと、赤の記入用紙は乳幼児は作れませんので青の記入用紙に書き直して下さいとのこと。その時何の謝罪もなく、私はじめに青の記入用紙に書きましたよね?と言うとやっと自分のミスを認め軽く謝罪。また1からの作成なのでそこからまた30分待たされました。わからないのであれば上司に尋ねればいいのに(怖いのか?)そうゆうこともせず、若い子達がこそこそ相談されてました。通帳を作るだけで2時間弱待たされ大した謝罪もなくまるで私がクレーマーかのような扱い。かなり不快な思いをしました。受付の対応は米田さんです。

受付の川口さんがたいおうわるかったです。 まず、三度でまをさせ、何回も書類に口座番号書かせた挙げ句謝りもなく。 名札をつけてないのでお客様なのでしょうか。 こちらが聞くまで名前(名札)解らなかっです。
