★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アポイントの当日の時間ギリギリにキャンセルをされ、この後も約束をしていた資料が届かなかったです。セキュリティのサービスには興味がありましたが、人的ミスが多いと信用ができなくなりました。問い合わせをした時に、最初に対応してくださった方が丁寧だっただけに、その後に対応をした男性のミスが重なりすぎて、とても残念でした。新潟では大きな会社なのだとは思いますが、私にとっては、あまりオススメできない企業です。
I was canceled just before the time of the appointment, and I didn't receive the materials I had promised after that. I was interested in security services, but I couldn't trust them because of many human mistakes. When I made an inquiry, it was very disappointing that the man who responded first was polite, and the mistakes of the man who responded after that overlapped too much. I think it's a big company in Niigata, but for me it's a company I can't recommend very much.
