年配の定員さんが臨機応変効かない。
ソーダ水をデキャンタでお願いしたが、グラス1杯のみしか提供出来ないとの事。
ラー油を注文しても2g程度の袋に入った物を1つのみ。
お互いの動きを軽減する為にもその辺の臨機応変を希望します。

コロナ感染症対策の認証店のようですが、全くその規定が守られておらず、席間隔をあけておらず密でした。この制度は県税金で賄われている事業なので納税者として不愉快です。規定を守れないのであれば認証を取り下げるべきですね。

暖簾分けかもですが資本的には東京資本の全国チェーン店とは別物の独立系のようですね。
同行者曰く、焼賣と陳さんの杏仁豆腐は大して旨くなかったとのことでした。
オラ的には王将チェーン店が安くていいです(汗)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年ぶりで入店しましたが、新店になっても『名物・麻婆豆腐』はランチの定番でした！
味は流石で、四川飯店本店と変わらない抜群の味わいでした。
駐車場がネックですが、その分ランチのコ・ス・パ良いので、毎週にでも訪れたいですね！
麻婆豆腐の辛さで、寒さが飛んでいきました！

ランチ時を少し過ぎていきましたが10組ぐらい並んでました。30分ぐらい並び入店。
四川麻婆豆腐が好きで、それを提供しているお店によく行きますがここは他と比べてあまり美味しくありませんでした。辛さも中途半端で、本格的ではありませんでした。
ご飯、スープはおかわり自由で胃は満たされます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 陳ケンイチさんの弟子のお店がメディアシップ２階にあります。新潟日報のフリーペーパーかアッシュで紹介されたため、週末は順番待ちで賑わいます。
月間のオリジナルメニューがいくつかあり、毎回違った四川料理を楽しめます。四川と言いつつ辛くないメニューもたくあり、麺も炒飯も種類が多く、デザートも豊富なため子どもも美味しくいただけます。セットのランチメニューがオススメで、オカズ６品から２品をチョイスできます。家族で行って、お料理をシェアするのがいろいろ味わえます。
コロナ対策のため、席はゆっくり座れます。PayPayも使え、提携駐車場だと若干の利用券をもらえます。メディアシップの展望フロアとセットで楽しむと、いささか旅行気分を味わえます！
