日頃の業務が忙しいのは分かりますが、都度面談する各担当者の心象が極めて不快。顧客の要望を共通で無視するのが社風のなのか、最後の方は結束されたチームワークのようで冷笑しました。貴社のホームページを通じてクレームのメールを送ってもなお、対応してくれた方は私を馬鹿にしているのか技術部あがりということで、怒り心頭の私に対する言葉のチョイスが全くもって分かっておらず、疑義に対する質問に対して真摯に答える姿勢もみられず「まあ、まあ。」適当に取り繕う始末。そのような事態に、敢えて火中の栗を拾ってくれた後任の営業担当者の方は、唯一真摯に私に耳を傾けくれきちんと質問に回答してくれたたこと、それが私にとって貴社の唯一の救いです。
結果、マイホームの夢を抱く同僚及び後輩は多数いますが、間違いなく貴社はお勧めできず、前述した経験をもとに良きアドバイスができそうです。
