The outside crust has a nice texture. The creamy cheese in the inside reminds me of cheesecake but even better. If you want to get cheese tarts, get it from this place. I highly recommend it and I regret not buying even more.

This was actually what caught our attention. I was fortunate enough to travel back to Tokyo in March 2019 and was delighted to have come across their Shinjuku station outlet. In my personal opinion, Bake is better than Pablo’s and I prefer to eat it while it’s hot and fresh from their oven.

These little tarts are just amazing! I've never had anything like them before, the rich flavor of the cheese tart combined with a really nicely textured crust make these small snacks one of my favorite deserts ever. I'll 100% get some of these little gems again the next time I'm in Tokyo.
