K	K R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちら方面に来たときだけ寄るのでそんな頻繁には伺えないですが、入り口に立ってもなかなか気がついてもらえず立ちっぱなしでおらねばならず、開けた店内でそこまで気づかないものかとこの点だけ残念に感じます。あまりに気づいてもらえずそのまま帰ったことも。気づいてもらえれば丁寧な接客ですし、人員削減でやむを得ないにしても、機会損失だなあと感じます。立ち寄られた方は、入り口入ったらアピールなさると良いと思います。。。 I can't ask you so often because I only stop by when I come to this area, but even if I stand at the entrance, I have to keep standing and I don't notice that much in the open store. m	misa t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年始に５名予約(テーブルは２席に分けて)をしましたが、当日伺うと席の確保はされておらず散々待たされ、結局6名席でパーテーションを置いての着席になりました。予約した意味がありません。店内が狭く席の配置もコロナ禍以前のものなので仕方ないが、ここまで人との距離が近い店も珍しいし、それならパーテーションの置場所ももう少し考えるべきです。メインが出てくるまでも30分待たされた挙げ句、同じ品を頼んだのに時間差で持って来られたり、呆れる事ばかりです。何より酷かったのが、パンの取り分けの感染対策の無さです。今時ビュッフェ形式で手袋は無し。その代わりにトングが使いきりになってはいるものの、『使用前』『使用済み』の案内が無い為どちらを使うか分からない人だらけ。実際、並んでいた男性が1度手に触れたものをそのまま『使用前』に戻していました。きっとそんな人だらけでしょう。。パンの店なので手で食べてる人が多いと思うので、尚更不安です。 ※前回の店からのコメントで『すぐに掲示します』と書かれておりましたがどうして掲示されていないのでしょうか？人通りの多い所にむき出しのパンスペースを作ったままなのも疑問です。パフォーマンスだとしてももう少しどこの店も感染対策しています。ここまで酷い店はこの2年間で初めてでした。 At the beginning of the year, I made a reservation for 5 people (the table is divided into 2 seats), but when I visited on the day, the seats were not secured and I had to wait a long time, so I ended up sitting with a partition for 6 people.
