現場経験が無かったり無知識者にも対応してくれるが体力に絶対的な自信が無ければ無理。
半自動溶接の資格と経験があればオススメできる企業ですが、無資格無経験無知識な方の求人応募は避けた方が良いかと思います。
スタッフの方々は職人さんですが、どなたも優しくてキチンと仕事を教えてくれます。

There is no experience in the field or it corresponds to the inexperienced person, but it is impossible if there is no absolute confidence in physical strength.
If you have the qualification and experience of semi-automatic welding, it is a company that can be recommended, but I think that it is better to avoid applying for unqualified, inexperienced and knowledgeable people.
The staff are craftsmen, but everyone is kind and tells me how to work.
