M	MORI K- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入所希望で申し込みをしていました。一番最初に電話対応してくださった男性の方(Ｈさん)はとても親切で、右も左も分からない私たち家族に一から説明して下さり大変助かりました。コロナ禍の中で普段とは違う対応も多かったと思いますが、柔軟に対応して下さったＨさんのおかげで最初の印象は最高に良かったです。ですがその後は全て別の女性で、かなり電話口の対応がきつい印象。電話もすぐ切りたいのかな？と思うくらい、｢はいはい、はいはい、はいはいはい……｣と適当な相槌。どんどん印象は悪くなり、ここに身内を預けるのはちょっとヤダな……と思うようになりました。電話対応が酷いのって、印象悪くするだけで何も良くないですよね、入所はやめました、残念です。でも施設前の道を車などでよく通りますが、コロナ騒動前はよく車椅子の利用者さんをお散歩に連れ出していたり、利用者さんの表情も明るかったりしたので、電話対応だけが悪いだけで中の介護士さんたちは良いのかも知れないなぁと希望を込めて、☆２に留めておきます。 I was applying for entry. It's a shame that the telephone response is bad, it just makes the impression bad, nothing is good, I stopped entering, sorry. However, I often drive along the road in front of the facility, but before the Corona turmoil, I often took out wheelchair users for a walk, and the facial expressions of the users were also bright, so it was only bad for telephone correspondence. I will keep it in ☆2 with hope that the caregivers inside may be good.
