て	てつ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鹿沼の情報誌「鹿沼EXPLORER」を見て生姜そばに引かれて日曜日11:00に初訪問先客9名。気持ちが良い接客でカウンターに、しょうがそば858円を注文。6分で着丼。一口目魚介が香る鶏がらベースの綺麗なスープ少し塩味強いかな。見た目も綺麗な26番位の低加水ストレート細麺。鶏胸チャーシュー･豚レアチャーシュー･太めのメンマ･海苔･細切り生姜。生姜がを混ぜて味変、白胡椒がおいてないのが残念。小三郎とは麺も生姜がの使い方違うけどバランス良く大変美味しく頂きました。唐揚げ頼んでる方多く見受けました。店先に順番待ちできてました再訪します。 Looking at Kanuma's information magazine "Kanuma EXPLORER", I was drawn by ginger soba and 9 people visited for the first time on Sunday at 11:00.
