★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 転勤族ですが管理状況が過去最悪でした。水漏れ、エアコン、ドア、TVインターホンの不具合、玄関周りの汚さ。建物の管理がなされていないと思いました。スタッフは明るくて対応が早いのに勿体ないです。会社関係で引越しできないので残念です。
追記 他の不動産の物件へ引越しして、不具合ゼロで快適に過ごせています‥！
Although it is a transfer family, the management situation was the worst ever. Water leaks, air conditioners, doors, TV intercom malfunctions, dirt around the entrance. I thought the building wasn't managed. The staff is cheerful and quick to respond, but it's a shame. I'm sorry I can't move because of company relations.
Postscript: I have moved to another real estate property and am comfortable with zero defects ...!

冬場の凍結対応の説明が不十分で、配管が凍結で破裂したら問答無用で利用者に請求が行きます。
明らかにボロボロの配管で、テーピングもハゲまくて手入れも何もしてない状態です。
何年も点検すらしてないでしょうね。
それで利用者負担なんだから呆れます。
いい不動産ではありませんよ。
Correspondence is very bad.
If the explanation for freezing in winter is insufficient and the pipe bursts due to freezing, the user will be billed without any questions.
Apparently the piping is tattered, taping and baldness, and no maintenance is done.
You haven't even checked it for years.
That's a burden on the user, so I'm amazed.
It's not a good real estate.
