★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間クリーニング品の預入と受け取りが可能なシステムを導入しており、営業時間内になかなか引き取りに行けない多忙な人にとっては画期的なシステムなのだが、仕上りまでの日数が掲示されているのみで、はっきりと何時に仕上がるかは明示されていない。さらに、実際にはその所要日数を過ぎても仕上がっておらずその日は無駄足となり、また日を改めて再度引き取りに行かなければならないケースがあった。店側の言い分は繁忙期で仕上がりが追いつかなかったとのことだったが、唯でさえ通常のクリーニング店と異なり仕上がり日を記載した預かり証が発行されるわけではない以上、いかなる理由があれ掲示にある日数で仕上がっていないというのはありえないと思われる。どうしても仕上がらないというのなら、掲示すべき仕上がりまでの日数は繁忙期の進捗状況を考慮して余裕を持たせておくのが筋ではなかろうか？
