★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北急行大阪線の桃山台駅のすぐそばにあるやや小さめのショッピングモールです。駐車場料金が高めなので、車でいくことはお薦めできません。中にはスーパー、100Yenショップ、レストランなどがあり、土地柄もあって、雰囲気はとてもいいです。郵便局や各種A,TMもあるのでとても便利です。
A slightly smaller shopping mall located right next to Momoyamadai station on the Kitakyu Osaka line. We do not recommend going by car, as parking fees are high. There are supermarkets, 100 Yen shops, restaurants, etc., and the atmosphere is very good due to the local characteristics. It is very convenient because there is a post office and various ATMs.

桃山台駅西側にあり（駅直結ではありません）、阪急バスターミナル横にある商業施設である為、駅利用者や近隣住民にとって必須な施設です。
阪急オアシス、キャン★ドゥ、ホリーズカフェ、カプリチョーザ、ドラッグストア、郵便局、ATM（三菱、三井住友、りそな、池田泉州）、クリニック（内科・小児科・皮膚科・整形外科・泌尿器科・産婦人科・歯科）、薬局など生活に必要な施設が揃っており、とても便利です。
