「大事なお客様の、大切な商品だから搬入・搬送には注意してください」と事前に伝えたにもかかわらず、届いた時には商品がボロボロに破損。白鷹運送に苦情の電話をいれると「トラック運転者に直接言え。うちは関係ない」と怒鳴られ、切られました。運転手の連絡先なんて聞いていないので、白鷹運送にその後も何どか電話をかけましたが、こちらの名前を伝えただけで電話を切られました。仕方なくメールをいれると、着信があり、ようやく謝罪の言葉を聞けると思いましたが、電話をすると「お前は馬鹿か。業務妨害で訴えるぞ」と脅しの連絡。悔しくて涙が止まりませんでした。お客様には賠償しないといけなくなりもう散々な目にあいました。知り合いの店主にありのままを話すと「白鷹運送だけは辞めた方がいい」と言われました。危険運転もするし、評判は最悪らしいです。もっと調べてから契約すればよかったです。
